Sales Manager MGCT 

Leads and supervises a sales team, overseeing daily sales operations and driving revenue generation. Set sales goals, develop sales strategies, track performance, and motivate their team to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities:

🔑Hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives, assigning territories, and motivating team members.

🔑Developing and Executing Sales Plans: Defining sales strategies, setting sales goals and quotas, and managing the sales pipeline.

🔑Driving Revenue: Focusing on lead generation, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Identifying new market.

🔑Analyzing Data and Performance: Tracking sales statistics, analyzing market trends, and using data to make informed decisions.

🔑Customer Relations: Handling customer complaints, building rapport, and identifying customer needs. Build network, and negitiation skills.

🔑Budgeting and Financial Management: Preparing sales budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability.
