Pre-Order

Before placing your pre-order, please read and be bound by our Pre-Order Guidelines. Thank you!

Pre-Order Guidelines:

✅ Down payment (DP) is required for all Pre-Orders (PO) and is non-refundable.

✅ Limited warranty for factory defects or damage, i.e. dents or breakage, limited to electronic components inside the item and light up features.

✅ MG Collectibles and Toys (MGCT) does not guarantee arrival dates; it depends on the Studio / Supplier. ETA (or Estimated Date of Arrival) are only best estimates.

✅ Pre-order prices may, at Seller’s discretion, change if the peso-dollar exchange rate changes dramatically (at least 10%) from the date of the pre-order offering.

✅ POs are non-cancellable since we place our orders to suppliers as well. So make sure of your POs. If in the future, customer refuses to honor his pre-order commitment, the DP will not be refunded.

✅ DP for pre-orders will be applied only to the specific item pre-ordered.

✅ Customer is responsible for making sure his order and DP is acknowledged by MGCT only.

✅ In the event that our supplier did not meet MOQ, buyer/customer may lose his reservation and get a refund.

✅ MGCT will try its best to inform each customer one week to a month before the arrival of each item by sending SMS or messages to FB Messenger. Customers will have 7 days from date of arrival to pay the balance due and pick up his item/s. If the customer fails to pay and pick up his item within the 7-day period, MG Toys and Collectibles may sell his item to another customer. Customer also forfeits the pre-order price and must pay the SRP.

✅ DP will be forfeited if items are not picked up on agreed time.

✅ Selling or transferring of a PO is not allowed.

✅ Customers must agree to these guidelines before placing any PO.
